David Rispoli
David joined HMK in 1997 after 10 years as a commercial underwriter for several insurance carriers including INA, Home Insurance Co., and CIGNA. David managed an agency in Lehighton for 10 years before coming to HMK where he became a Shareholder in 1999. David’s focus is primarily sales and service of Property and Casualty risks, Bonds and Life Insurance. He has 40 plus years’ experience in the industry and an extensive background with construction risks of all types including over 25 years of Surety Bond experience. Dave is a graduate of Susquehanna University as a business major. He obtained his Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) designation in 1991 as well as his Associate Underwriter (AU) designation in 1984. He was also a consultant for and graded exams for the Insurance Institute of America as well as edited chapters in Institute textbooks.
David and his family own and operate a small Christmas tree farm. He is a former high school soccer coach and president of a youth soccer league of 2,200 youth. David and his wife enjoy remodeling houses, spending time with their grandkids and traveling the world.
