Our country is experiencing unprecedented times that affect us all. Our agency, like all businesses, has been facing the question, how do we adapt what we do and how we do it to continue to serve our client’s needs? Just because there is a pandemic does not mean life just stops. At HMK we’ve come a long way in the last month. We went through several emergency contingency plans. We began with sales people working from home every day and internal staff alternating days (this lasted only 2 days), to a skeleton crew of 4-5 people with office access (that lasted 1 day), to no one permitted in the office and that was just during the first week! We pushed through 2 weeks of work from home with no office access and now we all work from home with limited office access. We went from only 26 people with the ability to work from home and full access to our systems to 60 people with that ability in about 8 days. Pretty remarkable. I cannot thank our staff enough for their hard work, perseverance, and patience. I honestly marvel at the ability they’ve shown to adapt to the changes we’ve endured and their commitment to first and foremost service our clients above all else.
We continue to be here for you, our clients. We are able to market and renew your account, receive and promptly return your phone calls and emails regarding questions and concerns you may have, handle changes, conduct virtual meetings, and issue surety bonds.
