HMK created an outdoor classroom for Governor Wolf Elementary School as a tribute to former teacher and late wife of HMK’s Bill Kreitz, Carol Kreitz. The school expressed the desire to teach children in the elements about gardening, weather and nature. HMK raised funds to lay a cement flooring and purchased and assembled benches that transform into tables for the students. The school later dedicated a plaque in honor of Carol on the outdoor classroom.
